Forging: Heat up evenly to 850℃ and forge again in this temperature;
Anneal: Heat up to 750-780℃ and stay for 1-2h in this temperature to cool slowly in furnace;
Quenching: Heat up to 790-850℃ and quench in oil;
Backfire: Heat up to 150-200℃ and keep still in air for cooling;
Hardness: more than HRC63;
Characteristics:
The YCS3 series steel is added a little Cr in SK3 to improve the problem that common carbon tools steel is easy to crack, thus, prolong tool’s service life.
Uses: the same as that of SH2-3;
