Forging: 1,050-850℃ Anneal: Heat up to 800-850℃ and stay for two hours in this temperature; then cool it slowly in furnace. Quenching: Heat up to 550-600℃; then secondarily heat up to 850-900℃; and again heat up to a.l000—1.040℃。b.1.040-1.080℃ (oil quenching); (a. flexible tools; b. hot-work hardening tools) Backfire: Heat up slowly to 550-680℃ and stay in this temperature; then cool in still air and back fire again.
