Characteristics:

Having been heat treated, this steel is even in hardness and not deform if making into tools die.

Except tiny flower patter, most have eliminated surface oxidation coat, so the using ratio of material is high and machining cost is reduced.

Through ultrasonic examination, the hardness and metallographic organization is even, and the surface is easy to grind.

It may be hardened in air with flame to harden some damaged parts to 50-55HRC and to deepen to about 5mm.

As low in sulfur, it is more adapted for EDM.
