BUDERUS 2347(TDAC) has been heat treated; the hardness reaches to HRC38-43 before leaving factory.
It avoids deforming and chapping after heat treatment, saving time and being convenient.
The hardness of 2347(TDAC) reaches to HRC38-43, but its machining performance is also outstanding for adding free cutting elements. Besides, it also has the characters of 2344, such as being resistant to high temperature, wearing and corrosion.
Application:
1. Zinc, aluminum or magnesium casting die.
2. Plastic die steel (example: ejector pin and so on)
