BUDERUS—2711 vacuum melting chrome-nickel-manganese alloy steel has been heat treat before leaving factory. The hardness reaches to HB350-395.
It is fine in organization, much low in the content of sulfide and oxid, excellent in polishing and texture, high in strength and flexibility, resistant to impact, more predominant in high temperature than 2311, 2738; what’s more, nitrogen treatment can also be done on the surface.
It is used to make molding die that demands for high polishing and needs to press or ejector in high temperature.
