The more reliable and more economic production procedure is more and more attracted in the field of patternmaking and plastic ejector. In order to realize this, the performance of die steel has to be improved as much as possible. The new generation of pre-hardened plastic die steel－－THRUHARD SUPREME BPM-HH was born by improving traditional 2738, with the properties as following:
The quality of ejecting pieces is excellent because of the good texture and polishing performance.
Produce transparent pieces, high hard, excellent in polishing;
The hardness reaches HRC 38°at most. The die is excellent in wear resistance;
Even as for large die, it is even in hardness from exterior into the center, so the service life is prolonged greatly.
With the advantages of high strength, excellent flexibility and low inner stress, it avoids damaging and maintaining as much as possible. Heat conductivity is high; ejector cycling time is shortened; the production capacity is improve.
