ASSAB VIKING is a kind of hardened dies steel cooled in oil or gas. It has following characteristics:
 good size stability during heat treatment;
 good mechanical machining properties;
 both the properties of excellent flexibility and good wear resistance

VIKING is adapted for high-load cutting and molding, multiuse alloy dies steel of high wear resistance and high flexibility.
Application: precision punching dies, edge cutting dies, deep drawing dies, cold forging dies, grinding dies, rolling dies, complex cold-extrusion dies and pipe drawing dies.
