ASSAB STAVAX ESR(S-136) is of high class tools stainless steel. It has following characters;

The die’s surface can still keep smooth even used for a long time. No particular protection is needed if the die is operated or stored in moist condition.

As the cooling channel is not affected from corrosion (not like common die steel), both the property of heat conduction and cooling efficiency keep stable, which guarantees die not deform for a long time. STAVAX ESR(S-136) steel is recommended to be used in all plastic dies. It is more adapted for particular condition because of its particular characters.
 resistant to anticorrosive, rust to corrosive PVC, acetate and other injection raw materials or the die that works and stores in moist condition.
 large-abrasion injection material (including thermosetting injection molding die) or the die that works for long time, such as electron parts, one-off dishware, vessels and so on)
